Job Description:
Responsible for all organization and sanitation of the dish
room. All shelves and racks in the dish room are to be cleaned and
sanitized. All pots and pans are to be cleaned and placed in their
proper storage area. The pot room floor should be swept and mopped
after the dish room floor has been swept and mopped. Assist other
Dietary employees, as needed.
